1. Shipping Locations
Mosaic Merch currently ships products within India and internationally.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic Shipping (India):
- Standard Shipping: ₹50 - ₹150 (5-7 business days)
- Express Shipping: ₹150 - ₹300 (2-3 business days)
International Shipping

- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days

Mosaic Merch is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
8. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.
9. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. Mosaic Merch is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
